Our goal at Celtic Property Management is to provide the highest level of service to meet each client's needs.  We strive to create a partnership with our clients by listening and responding to your suggestions and comments and we will work to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship.

     Celtic Property Management is fully committed to our clients.  In addition to providing the services you may already have in mind, with our knowledge and experience we may be able to offer helpful suggestions to increase the benefit of those services or we may be able to recommend new services that will be of value to both the Association and to the Unit Owners.

     We strongly believe that with integrity and response oriented service we can provide our clients with a property management system that will meet all their needs.

-  Our Software is web based and everything is completely obtainable via the internet 24/7.

-  We are a local based company with a brick and mortar office open Monday through Saturday 9 to 6.  We also have a 24 hr. phone line for Resident emergencies.

-   Online financial reporting access for Owners.

-  There are no start-up fees

-  Residents have 24/7 online access to view statements and to pay using debit cards or e-check processing.

-  We allow you to use your own contractors for repairs or you can use our service technicians.  We will always provide you an estimate first before any work is done.

-  We will meet or beat competitors' rates.
